Last updated: 28 June 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of the Tirhelo website, online application forms, insurance quote forms, contact forms and related digital services.

1. Introduction

These Website Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Tirhelo website, online application forms, insurance quote forms, contact forms and related digital services.

By accessing or using the website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the website or submit information through it.

These terms apply only to the use of the website and its online services. They do not replace any credit agreement, funding agreement, insurance policy, quotation, mandate, disclosure document or other formal agreement that may later be concluded.

2. About Tirhelo

“Tirhelo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to:

4. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to submit a personal credit, funding or insurance request through this website.

When submitting information on behalf of a business, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to act for the business;
  • you are authorised to provide the submitted information and documents;
  • you are authorised to accept the relevant declarations and permissions; and
  • the information you provide does not unlawfully infringe the rights of any other person.

Tirhelo may request proof of your identity or authority before processing a submission.

5. Purpose of the website

The website allows users to:

  • learn about Tirhelo's credit, funding and insurance services;
  • submit credit and funding applications;
  • request personal or business insurance quotations;
  • upload supporting documents;
  • request a callback;
  • submit contact enquiries;
  • access general claims information; and
  • contact a Tirhelo consultant.

The website is primarily an information and lead-submission platform. It is not an applicant account, application-tracking system or customer dashboard.

6. General website information

Tirhelo takes reasonable care to ensure that information displayed on the website is clear and current. However:

  • information may change;
  • product availability may change;
  • eligibility criteria may differ between applicants;
  • final costs and terms may depend on an individual assessment;
  • quotations may depend on underwriting and insurer requirements; and
  • errors or omissions may occasionally occur.

Website information is general and does not constitute personalised financial, legal, tax or insurance advice.

Where personalised advice or recommendations are provided, this will be done separately through an appropriately authorised Tirhelo representative or relevant service provider.

7. Applications and quote requests

Submitting an application or quote request through the website does not create a credit, funding or insurance agreement.

A submission is only a request for Tirhelo to review the information provided and, where appropriate, contact you about the next step.

A submission does not guarantee:

  • approval of a loan;
  • approval of business funding;
  • the amount requested;
  • a particular interest rate or repayment term;
  • the issuing of an insurance quotation;
  • acceptance by an insurer;
  • insurance cover;
  • a specific premium; or
  • the conclusion of any agreement.

Any approved credit, funding or insurance arrangement will be governed by separate documents setting out the final terms, costs, obligations, disclosures and conditions.

If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed product agreement, mandate, quotation or policy document, the applicable formal product document will take precedence in relation to that product.

8. Credit applications

Credit applications may be subject to:

  • identity verification;
  • employment or income verification;
  • affordability assessment;
  • credit-bureau checks;
  • verification of bank statements and supporting documents;
  • fraud-prevention checks;
  • applicable legal and regulatory requirements; and
  • Tirhelo's or an authorised credit provider's assessment criteria.

You may be required to provide consent before a credit check or affordability assessment is conducted.

The estimated costs or repayments displayed by a website calculator are illustrative only unless expressly confirmed in a formal pre-agreement statement, quotation or credit agreement.

The final amount, fees, interest, repayment period and total cost will be communicated separately where an application proceeds.

9. Business Funding applications

Business Funding applications may be assessed using information such as:

  • the nature and age of the business;
  • business registration information;
  • ownership and director information;
  • contracts, invoices or purchase orders;
  • turnover and operating expenses;
  • debt and repayment obligations;
  • cash flow;
  • the proposed use of funding;
  • the proposed repayment source; and
  • supporting business and financial documents.

Submitting a Business Funding application does not guarantee that funding will be offered.

Where funding is offered, the final amount, conditions, repayment structure, fees and obligations will be set out in a separate written agreement.

10. Insurance quote requests

Insurance information displayed on the website is general and does not constitute an insurance contract, policy or guarantee of cover.

Insurance quote requests may be subject to:

  • underwriting;
  • risk assessment;
  • verification of information;
  • inspection or valuation requirements;
  • insurer acceptance criteria;
  • exclusions;
  • excesses;
  • policy conditions; and
  • availability from relevant insurers.

Any quotation provided may be valid for a limited period and may change if the information provided is incomplete, incorrect or later changes.

Insurance cover only begins once all required conditions have been met and the relevant insurer or authorised intermediary has confirmed cover in writing.

11. Information you provide

You agree that information submitted through the website will be:

  • accurate;
  • current;
  • complete;
  • not misleading;
  • lawfully provided; and
  • updated where relevant information changes.

You must not knowingly:

  • provide false information;
  • impersonate another person;
  • submit altered or fraudulent documents;
  • conceal information that is material to an assessment;
  • submit documents you are not authorised to provide; or
  • use another person's personal information without permission or lawful authority.

Tirhelo may pause, reject or refer a submission for further review where information appears incomplete, inconsistent, suspicious or unlawful.

12. Supporting documents

The website may allow you to upload identity, financial, employment, business, insurance or other supporting documents.

By uploading a document, you confirm that:

  • the document is authentic to the best of your knowledge;
  • you are entitled to provide it;
  • it is relevant to the application or quote request;
  • it does not contain malicious software;
  • it does not unlawfully disclose another person's information; and
  • Tirhelo may use it for the purpose for which it was submitted.

You should only upload documents requested by Tirhelo.

Uploaded documents are transmitted electronically to Tirhelo and may be processed by Tirhelo's technology and email-service providers. Further information appears in the Privacy Policy.

The website does not currently provide permanent online document storage or an applicant portal.

13. Electronic submission and communication

You agree that Tirhelo may communicate with you electronically using the contact information you provide.

Electronic communication may include:

  • application acknowledgements;
  • quote-request confirmations;
  • requests for further information;
  • application updates;
  • telephone callback arrangements;
  • email communication;
  • SMS messages;
  • WhatsApp messages; and
  • documents connected to a potential product or service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your email address and mobile number are correct and accessible.

An automated confirmation only confirms that a submission was received or accepted for delivery. It does not confirm approval, funding or insurance cover.

Electronic messages may be delayed, filtered as spam, interrupted or delivered incorrectly because of factors outside Tirhelo's reasonable control.

14. Privacy and personal information

Tirhelo processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable law.

The Privacy Policy explains:

  • the information Tirhelo collects;
  • how online applications and supporting documents are handled;
  • why information is processed;
  • when information may be shared;
  • how long information may be retained;
  • how cookies and analytics are used; and
  • how users may exercise their privacy rights.

By submitting information through the website, you acknowledge that it will be handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Where consent is required for a specific activity, such as a credit check or optional analytics, that consent will be requested separately.

15. Cookies and analytics

The website may use necessary cookies and, where consent has been provided, optional analytics technologies.

Optional analytics may include services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

Further details about cookie categories, analytics providers, information collected and consent choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.

Rejecting optional analytics cookies will not prevent you from viewing the website or submitting an application or quote request.

16. Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems;
  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • every error will be corrected immediately;
  • the website will be compatible with every device or browser; or
  • electronic communications will always be completely secure.

Access may be suspended for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.

You are responsible for:

  • using a secure device;
  • keeping your device and browser updated;
  • protecting your login or communication accounts;
  • avoiding public or unsecured devices when uploading sensitive documents; and
  • checking that you are using the legitimate Tirhelo website.

18. Third-party service providers and partners

Tirhelo may rely on third-party providers to operate the website and process requests. Depending on the service requested, these may include:

  • credit bureaus;
  • registered credit providers;
  • business-funding partners;
  • insurers;
  • underwriters;
  • insurance intermediaries;
  • analytics providers; and
  • professional or regulatory service providers.

The involvement of a third party does not mean that every application or request will be referred to that party.

Personal information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and any specific consent or disclosure presented during the application process.

The website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including WhatsApp, insurers, regulators and business partners. These links are provided for convenience or information.

Tirhelo does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for:

  • their content;
  • their availability;
  • their security;
  • their privacy practices; or
  • products or services offered through them.

You should review the applicable terms and privacy policies before using a third-party service.

22. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tirhelo will not be responsible for loss caused solely by:

  • temporary technical interruptions outside Tirhelo's reasonable control; or
  • a user relying on general website information as personalised professional advice.

Tirhelo does not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or any other liability that may not legally be excluded.

23. User responsibility for unlawful misuse

You may be held responsible for reasonable losses, claims or costs caused by your deliberate unlawful use of the website, including:

  • fraudulent submissions;
  • malicious interference with the website;
  • infringement of intellectual-property rights; or
